I double-dipped on this challenge.
First one was recipe fun on Colorful Creations, where we had to follow a recipe for our layout.  So the recipe was:
  • Red AND Green papers ONLY
  • Numbers
  • Minimum 2 photos
  • Metal AND Brads
  • Border punch
  • Scrunched up paper
  • Decorative ribbon
and then I found this sketch on Nutsaboutsketches.  So I used it, and will enter it on that site too.

Twisted Blueprints challenge from Color Creations
This weeks Blueprint is by Bev
here's the twist use metal & stickles!

So in case my layout photo isn't clear...the metal is the sign (I used a rubon onto a metal tag that I had in my stash, some of it didn't rub-on as well as I wanted, but it works) and the stickles used is crystal as the centers for the 3 flowers, the 4th flower has a rhinestone.

A challenge I did for Colorful creations.  This is an older photo of my niece and nephew from a holiday card from 2005.  The challenge For Girls Only challenge would be to pull out old photo's and get them scrapped.  The only rule is that there has to be a girl in the photo.  Since we all know I have boys...I turned to the pile of holiday card photos that were just too cute to toss...so now it is on a page and will be put into the album to be cherished by all.

Page 233

Here is this weeks SYAO challenge.  I used a 12x6 photo, which was not an easy task to get printed.

A double dip while cleaning up. :)  I found this photo of Mark and his co-workers on my desk left over from the layout that I had to do for him back in June.  Anyway...instead of tossing it, I decided to scrap it.  The kids one day will look thru the album and get a chuckle of daddy and the bus.

I also utilized two challenges for this one. ACOT die cut challenge as found here: http://www.acherryontop.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=246046&p=4514938#p4514938
