Use 1: Stamping, Tearing, Embossing(wet or dry). Use 2: 3+ pattern paper, rubons, ribbon, flowers, Butterfly, Chipboard, bling

Here is my take: I used: dry embossing and then I used rubons and ribbon to complete it.
